Hospitality of yesteryear abounds throughout this tastefully restored Victorian Inn (circa 1863.) The house was originally built as a single family dwelling for prominent sea merchant/builders. 4: Springhill Miners' Museum, Springhill

Tour the depths of a Springhill coal mine, famous in song and legend, with knowledgeable guides. Hear stories of the disaster of 1891, the 1916 subterranean fire which raged through the galleries, the loss of 39 men in the 1956 explosion and the major "bump" in 1958 which killed 75 men. 5: Mountain Gap Inn Dining Room, Smith's Cove

Mountain Gap Inn is the oldest privately owned Inn in Nova Scotia. It all began when Ernest Alama Thornton was deeded the property in 1915. The building that houses our dining room is the original lodge, built in 1915, while the houses on the bluff and the cottages overlooking the Annapolis Basin date back almost as far. 6: Debert Golf Club, Debert

Debert Golf Course is an unique and challenging 9 hole course situated in Debert, Nova Scotia. Eight years in the making the course was carved from a mature hardwood stand. The course offers panoramic views of rolling hills, the Bay of Fundy and Cobequid Mountains. The par 36, 2918 yard layout has two par fives, five par fours and two par threes. The signature hole # 17 is a 359 yard par four .....
